Hi Torbjorn,
you should take a look to "help plot" on the commandprompt of gnuplot.
plot XYZ using ABC axes x1y2
might help you. You should really spend some time to look into the docs.

if you really want to see the pictures above - use some font
with constant spacing like courier! :-)
