You complete neglected to show how you came from those data to the plot.
I.e. which commands you gave to your gnuplot. Without that
information, it's quite impossible for anyone to offer meaningful help.
Also note that your gnuplot executable is quite outdated --- 3.7 has
been replaced by 4.0 18 months ago.
