Thas been reported before.  FC4 seems to be the only Linux distrubtion 
on the planet (!) that shows this behaviour.  To me, that indicates the 
bug is either in some highly unusual configuration aspect of FC4, or a 
plainly broken binary package --- maybe it is too much to expect from a 
Linux distributor these days to run a freshly built program's "make 
check", at least once, before signing it an official RPM.
