Hi Bhaskar,
you have to modify your value-file:

1  -1.1323
2   0.7345
3   -57.273
4   4.67552

you already changed the names of the xtics, but gnuplot does not know about=
 A,=20
B, C, D, it can only handle numbers.

You'll have to fiddle around with the lines, but anyhow ...
