[Gnuplot-info] Question about gnuplot

Hello,
 
I am a french student and I try to use gnuplot with a data file like 
that:
#fichier test
0 0 100 
0 10 90 
0 20 80 
0 30 70 
0 40 60
0 50 50 
0 60 40
0 70 30
0 80 20
0 90 10 
0 100 0
10 0 90
 
I would like to use colors for the third column with the "set pm3d" 
command but it doesn't work.
I wonder too where I have to put all the "set" commands : in my data file or directly in gnuplot interface?
Is anyone can help me please?
