Thank you, Ethan.

As you write below the build did not end with a failure but waited for a 
manual confirmation to skip the patch. I have a batch of automatized 
builds and this meant the process stopped to wait for my manual input. 
In any case I see that this has been changed and gnuplot builds smoothly 
as without any need of intervention as always.
