[Gnuplot-info] FYI: downsample SVG script

hi Folks,
I want to share Gnuplot SVG output - with hyperlinks. However, because the file is large it is difficult to share and slow to render. I wrote this script to rasterize and down-sample the non-hyperlink bits of the Gnuplot SVG but retain the hyperlinks (and text):
