Jim? I have only a limited ability to test the cgm code, via an old cgm emulation package called ralcgm. I added a few lines to the driver at some point by working directly from the cgm spec to support colored text. Then I added a few more fixes forwarded by (IIRC) Jim Bollinger. But I am not really familiar with the code. If necessary I can probably hack at it to make it compile properly given the various conditional compilation options, but I would need to have someone else to confirm the validity of the output in each case.
