[Gnuplot-info] Gnuplot 4.0 for Win32 with Cygwin and X-server

I downloaded gp400win32x11.zip from ftp://ftp.gnuplot.info/pub/gnuplot

I un-zipped into C:\cygwin, but when I run gnuplot I get the following
error:
"The dynamic link library cyggd-2.dll could not be found in the specified
path".

"cyggd-2.dll" isn't on my hard-drive.

Any ideas?
