Hi Matt,
1.) put that stuff line by line into a file, say mygraph.plt, start gnuplot=
=20
and say:
load "mygraph.plt"

2.) help <COMMAND> tells you things right from the commandline,

3.) see the many many examples that all are files that come with the gnuplo=
t=20
distribution,

4.) RTFM! :-) It is actually not very hard to achieve what you want to do w=
ith=20
gnuplot.

with constant spacing like courier! :-)
