[Gnuplot-info] extrapolation beyond input range?

If gnuplot can help with this
   If I sold
   4 burgers at 4:00
   5 burgers at 5:00
   6 burgers at 6:00
   how many burgers might I be expected to sell at 7:00?
then the method must be well buried in the docs.  Please use my
example to add documentation on how to plot beyond the input range.
