[Gnuplot-info] arrow keys in gnuplot

Hello,

I have followed the instructions to be able to use the arrow keys for
line editing and history when in gnuplot, on Red Hat linux 8.0 (I have
defined READLINE in makefile.unx and recompiled) but the arrow keys
don't work. I only get the emacs commands to edit the commands.
