Dear All: I have been playing with gnuplot in the last week to do a 3D plots from a data file (scattered plots). It is working great. I am hoping to add another curve on the X-Y plane to reflect the number of points on the Y-Z plane. So the more points along the Z-axis, I would reflect that on the X-Y plane perhaps by intensifying the color. On a different but related graph, I turned on "set dgrid3d" and did a "set pm3d at b" which accomplishes that. But "set dgrid3d" does a weighted average which I don't want to do. As soon as I remove that, "set pm3d at b" does not seem to do anything for my curve. Any tip much appreciated... thanks --Vincent v_...@ho... _________________________________________________________________ On the road to retirement?
