[Gnuplot-info] Different line types using splot

Dear gnuplot-users,

I have a plot where I use the new pm3d feature. I have set the view to map
and would like to plot two lines on top of my contour plot. I tried making
the lines using something like (you should be able to run it yourself
directly):

set terminal postscript eps 20
set output "scatter.eps"
set urange [-2:25]
set vrange [-2:25]
set dummy u,v
set view map
set parametric
splot u,u,0 with lines lt 2

Unfortunately it does not seem like I am able to change the line type to
dashed or dotted when doing it this way. Does anyone have a suggestion that
can solve my problem?
