[Gnuplot-info] png.trm

In latest CVS version png.trm and gif.trm is removed, because it is not
needed anymore, see Changelog. gd 2.0.28 supports GIF again.
But the make files for the windows version still needs png.trm What is
the procedure to compile with Visual C and gd 2.0.28?
