[Gnuplot-info] qt does not start due to initiarization error (Windows build)

I tried to build gnuplot from souce on windows.
Build itself was successful and windows, wxt, and qt terminals works if gnuplot is executed in config/mingw directory.
However, if binary files (program and dynamic link library files) are installed, I was not able to start qt terminal due to the error below

This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin
could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this
problem.
