Hi Patrick, you can write e.g., # F1(x)=(myvar=f2(x), myvar*myvar) or # F1(x)=((myvar=f2(x))*myvar) be careful about inside functions variables. As far as I know, they are not local. good luck Iva On 23/02/2018, Patrick Dupre <pd...@gm...> wrote: > Hello, > > Could you help in doing this: > > F1 (x) is a function > > F1(x) = f2 (x) * f2 (x) > > f2 (x) is another function. > > I would like to store f2(x) (inside F1 (x)), to avoid to call f2 (x) twice. > > How can I do it? > > Thank. > > =========================================================================== > Patrick DUPRÉ | | email: pd...@gm... > Laboratoire de Physico-Chimie de l'Atmosphère | | > Université du Littoral-Côte d'Opale | | > Tel.
