Apparently they've decided that their "compiled HTML" help files are a serious security hole, so showing such help is disabled by default (hence the blank page). If you right-click on the wgnuplot.chm file and select the "Properties" option there's an "unblock" check-box: check that and the Help will appear! (Don't ask me how any user is supposed to figure that out without savvy use of google.) Allin Cottrell |
