That's all I'm seeing as well.  Is there restrictive access such that 
someone needs to login to access the repository?

Also, the html and git addresses for clone don't go anywhere:
sebald@ ~/sourceforge_test_1 $ git clone 
https://git.code.sf.net/p/gnuplot/git-main gnuplot-git-main
Cloning into 'gnuplot-git-main'...
fatal: repository 'https://git.code.sf.net/p/gnuplot/git-main/' not found
