You said "installed", so I'm guessing you didn't run a build.  If you 
ran a build, one could look at the config.log file to see why the 
terminal was not compiled (and then for example make sure the necessary 
libraries/utilities are present on your new system).  Otherwise, you'll 
have to contact the person who build the executable for some help.

Does "help term" list the aqua terminal?  (I'm guessing not, but doesn't 
hurt to check.)
