[Gnuplot-info] plot a contour map from a matrix

Dear all,
I want to plot a contour map from a 37 by 37 matrix. I only know the range of the x and y value (say, the range of x is -3.3 to 3.3, and so is that of y). the 37x37 values can be treated as z values. Does anyone know the gnuplot codes for this?
