Re: bugs in tikz, metapost terminals

This was apparently deliberate, according to a comment in
gnuplot-tikz.lua, but I do not know why setting the flag in the lua
script causes a problem.  As of today, the CVS version of the lua
terminal treats "set term tikz mono" as if there were two separate
commands: "set term tikz; set mono".  This is essentially the same as
the postscript terminal now does.
