I'm resending a patch which I sent about a year ago.

On Mac OS X, the Qt::KeypadModifier bit of event->modifiers() is
*always* set when the arrow keys are pressed, and the lines 
922/924/925/927 (not 965-968) of QtGnuplotScene.cpp are executed.
