pm3dcolors demo broken

Hello,

I was browsing the gnuplot website looking for some color palettes, and I noticed that the demo illustrating pm3d colors seems to be broken:

In the first demo all 9 palettes are the same, which matches neither their title nor the little code snippet on the right.
