For both MSVC and MinGW, Kakuto and I use Qt5 but not Qt4.
I asked that MSVC build of qt with OpenGL or not.
Qt for MSVC was built with opengl enable.

I am now trying to build qt with enabling opengl.

The results will be reported later.
