On windows


Qt  very slow 
wxt not slow not fast
windows fastest

If QT_GRAPHICSSYSTEM is set to native, qt terminal is incredibly slow.

Windows 7 64 bit Qt 5.4.2, Intel HD Graphics 

Test on Ubuntu reported afterwards.
