I have reproduced the phenomena with 125% enlarging on windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit with your script.

Before registering the phenomena to the bug ticket, it is hopefully investigated whether the phenomena happe n on other terminals. (cairo based: pdfcairo, epscairo and wxt, non cairo based (png, jpeg, gif (libgd based), windows, postscrirpt, emf, svg, canvas, etcs. (that can be built without external libraries.))  .
