gnuplot version update on sf.net

Hi,

sf.net still advertises v466 as the latest version to windows users, and
it´s still weekly getting twice as many downloads as v500. I hardly
believe the users do this intentionally, for the source package the
ratio is more like 1:10

Can anyone fix it?
