Hi, maybe you can give us some more information on how you plot and save. Do you change the term settings? I am running Gnuplot with Version 4.6 patchlevel 6 (last modified September 2014) [Archlinux package: gnuplot 4.6.6.1]. The default settings after freshly starting gnuplot result in colored pdf files, when saving right from the gaphic dialog.
