In this case, I do not know how you would plot percentages, so perhaps 
someone else can help (which is another reason for keeping replies on the 
list).

However, since you want to put percentages on the x-axis (strange place to 
put them), then I guess the x-scale is simply [1:100] or something; it 
depends on your data.
