[Gnuplot-info] High resolution terminal and boxes

Hi there,

I am curently tailoring some graphics which present data with boxes. However, I need the graphics to have a high resolution in png format.
My choice : pngcairo size 6000,3000

When plotting the data with boxes and fill pattern <n> the pattern is hardly to recognize, since it is too tiny. It almost vanishes. 
Is there an option to increase the pattern resolution? It would be shame if patterns are only available to plot sizes of 600x480 pixels.

I already roamed the internet without any result.
