Regression problem with gp5-rc2: make pdf fails

I seem to have a problem building the PDF of 
the doc with RC2.

After
	./configure
	make
	make install

I ran:
	make pdf
which resulted in an error msg:
	! LaTeX Error: File `picins.sty' not found.
which is funny, because I have a pretty complete
Latex installation (including texlive-pictures).

I was surprised - at least in my memory I was able
to create the PDF for RC1 without a problem.

Is this a known problem or am I doing something wrong?
