[Gnuplot-info] Putting "limits" on y-axes

Yeah, I'm still plotting my vital stats; it provides great feedback about 
trends (even my doctor likes it!) and I recommend it.  Anyway...

I'd like to put markers on the y-axes, say, at 100 and 140 for the 
systolic blood pressure etc; extra brownie points if they're in the same 
colour as the line type.  I can't seem to find a demo that does it (and 
I've yet to buy the book), so is there a neat way?
