Hello

I have found that gnuplot 4.6.6 has been released and build on windows and cygwin.
I found that that the opening message told:

 Version 4.6 patchlevel 6    last modified February 2014


The term "last modified February 2014" should be corrected as 
"last modified September 2014" or  "last modified 2014-09-22".

The version.c should be corrected.
