Backward compatibility of command abbreviations

Hi,

i noticed today that in gp50, the abbreviation

	set termo

no longer works as it used to do in gp46, at least "termopt" needs
to be given. I coudn´t find another example.

The help says that "..in most cases unambiguous abbreviations ...
are permissible." How is it decided if they´re allowed? Hardcoded
minimum commands?
