[Gnuplot-info] windrose polar graph - display wind speed and direction

Hello,

I created a polar graph to display wind speed and direction (see attachments).

This worked fine with gnuplot 4.4p3 but since my provider upgraded to gnuplot 4.6p0 there are some display problems:

1) the x grid is not drawn completely to 40. Only if there are actual values that go up to 40
   but I always want to plot the grid like you can see in gnuplot-4.4p3.png

2) There is now a second labeling on the x axis which in this case goes up to 25
   How can I remove that  ?
