[Gnuplot-info] Plotting a 3D Phase Diagram with a Wireframe

Hello,
I need some help getting a wireframe for my data in a 3D phase diagram. 

Using these commands:


I can get this:

I want to be able to get a mesh or contour like the first few graphs from
this link http://www.packtpub.com/article/3d-plot-using-gnuplot.
I have tried using pm3d and dgrid3d, but no such luck. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I can't seem to move the graph around with the mouse, any advice on
that would be primo. 
I am using Mac OSX, terminal type set to 'Aqua'.
