[Gnuplot-info] png & other terminals missing

Hi there,

I've been using gnuplot 4.6 for a while in my Ubuntu Linux 12.04 
installation and just noticed that the png, pngcairo and a host of other 
terminals are missing.

Any help on how to remedy that would be greatly appreciated.
