[Gnuplot-info] fitting a "smoothered" curve

Hi everybody :)

I've a file with >100 000 points, which describe an exponential function,
but as the curve is not smooth at all, the fit doesn't match.

I want to use the smooth function of GNUPLOT, and then do a fit of the
"smoothered" curve.

Is that possible ?
