[Gnuplot-info] object circle and linewidth

Hi,
The command

set object circle at 0,0 size 0.5 linewidth 1

produces no output nor an error message at the console.
However

set object circle at 0,0 size 0.5

produces a circle as desired. Is this a bug? More importantly for me,
is there a way to change the linewidth of the circle/arc?
