[Gnuplot-info] change backgound in epslatex?

Hi,

I have done my homework and googled here and there and did not find
the answer...

How could I change the background of the plotting area from white to,
say, black? I do not mean the gnuplot window, but the resulting eps...

I am sorry if this is a trivial question...
