[Gnuplot-info] T16 web page

It might be a good occasion to announce about the site, 
http://t16web.lanl.gov.Kawano/gnuplot/

I have not been able to update this site for a while due to some local
issues, and finally I was told that this web server will be terminated
soon.

If someone can host/continue updating the not-So-FAQ, I would
appreciate. Or, I probably simply give up.  I have a personal web
server at home, but the access is too busy to process by a DSL line.
