Hi Jon,
using cygwin there is no need for wgnuplot.exe any more. Simply get the 
gnuplot tar ball (or check whether there is a gnuplot - package readily build 
for cygwin available) and be happy :-)

if you really want to see the pictures above - use some font
with constant spacing like courier! :-)
