[Gnuplot-info] plotting cols of times

Let's say I have data of the form
 jobID startT endT
and want a visual representation of running jobs, eg plotting a line
from startT to endT for each jobID, how would I go about this?
Example data:
15799 20:03:26 20:16:45
15798 20:03:26 20:16:51
15800 20:03:26 20:16:51
15802 20:03:26 20:16:52
15793 20:03:26 20:16:53
15797 20:03:26 20:16:53
