I added xref.o now, but I'm missing version.o and I have no idea how
to create a rule for that one.

... or write my own script (substitute doc2texi.el) to create html
files out of gnuplot.doc.
I wanted to build from the existing chm effort, but it seems that it
will be easier to start from scratch.
