I wouldn't bother.  It's no use on a Mac.

It's called "HTML help", but that doesn't mean it's plain old HTML --- 
Microsoft would never follow any standard but their own.  The help file 
built is so-called compressed HTML (*.chm), I'm not aware of that being 
usable in anything but the Windows HTML help viewer.
