Hello

Anyway I can make wgnuplot.chm now. I will write temporal commands to make wgnuplot.chm and make
binary packages with new help system.

I really appreciate Bastian M将」rkisch's Hans-Bernhard Br将モker's efforts for making windows help in
chm style.
