[Gnuplot-info] Latest version of gnuplot

This is my version which I thought looking at the version number 4.5 to be
the latest one. 

        G N U P L O T
        Version 4.5 patchlevel 0
        last modified November 2009
        System: MS-Windows 32 bit

But here  http://www.gnuplot.info/download.html
http://www.gnuplot.info/download.html  it says "The release of version 4.4.0
was announced on March 13, 2010". 

So which is the latest one?
