[Gnuplot-info] Is ther anyway to force xrange without changing the plot?

I have this plot here  http://old.nabble.com/file/p30796856/test1.jpg
test1.jpg  with xrange [0:30] and x2range [0:3]. Is there any way to somehow
hide the xrange and force x2range as primary axis without any change in the
functions like this one  http://old.nabble.com/file/p30796856/test2.jpg
test2.jpg  ? Many thanks in advance!
