It seems to be down from here, too:

cvs -d:ext:ju...@gn...:/cvsroot/gnuplot update 
ssh: connect to host gnuplot.cvs.sourceforge.net port 22: Connection
refused
cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if
any

(By the way, I thought you don't use pserver if you have an account.)
